FAQS

KosmoPads are reusable cloth pads worn in the underwear to collect menstrual fluid (blood from uterine lining) eco-friendly.

Using our reusable pad is pretty simple and similar to using a disposable pad. A few simple steps and you’re good to go:

  1. Place the pad in your underwear, with the soft side (bean shape) facing upwards, and fasten the wings around your underwear with the snap popper
  2. Wear the pad and change it as needed
  3. Fold the used pad and close the snaps
  4. Use the wet bag to carry the used pad

We recommend changing your pad every 6 hours, and at least once a day. If you’re making the switch to reusable pads for the first time, it’s a good idea to check your pad.

  1. Soak the pad in cold water for 30 minutes
  2. Scrub it with soap, wash well and rinse with cold water till water runs clear
  3. Squeeze out excessive water for faster drying
  4. Squeeze out excessive water for faster drying
  5. Keep it folded and stored in a safe dry place
  6. Wash with cold water and soap before the first use
  7. Make sure the pad is fully dry before wearing or storing it

Our washable waterproof bag is used as a container to your menstrual pad and can hold 1-2 pads until you’re ready to wash them.

They are toxic-free, antibacterial, no smelling, friendly to your skin and do not cause allergies or reactions, unlike plastic-based disposable pads.

KosmoPads are free from irritating materials, so you can avoid unnecessary exposure to the synthetic ingredients in disposable pads. One of the lesser-known benefits of switching to reusable menstrual pads is the period positivity that comes along with it.

This differs for each person. You may use between 5 and 10 pads per cycle depending on your flow.
