Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. To cancel, contact us immediately at our contact page.

Refund Eligibility

Because we sell personal hygiene products, we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or the hygiene seal is broken.

Refunds are only eligible if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The wrong product was delivered.

Requesting a Refund

If your item meets the criteria above:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our contact page.
  2. Provide your order number, product name, and a photo of the damage or defect.

Refund Process

Once we verify your claim, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible only for defective or incorrect products. Contact us via our contact page to arrange an exchange.

Shipping costs for exchanges may be covered by Kosmodads.rw if the error is on our side.
